Quanzhou 泉州

Introduction

Once upon a time Quanzhou was one of the world's greatest and busiest ports. Traders from around the world converged here and brought with them their religions and customs. You can still see historical sites of many of these religions today. Quanzhou has been designated by UNESCO as the World Museum of Religions.
